Shipping Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Grupo. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You can return your order within 5 days of receiving it for an exchange on any damaged product. Please note that the products must be in their original condition and packaging. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

PAYMENT TERMS

All the payments are 100% upfront which means 50% upfront and 50% before the order dispatch. For any reason, if the customer wants to cancel the order once manufacturing starts the upfront 50% money will not be given back. The consignment will be dispatched only once the customer pays the remaining 50% payment.

DELIVERY

​

The delivery time depends on number of products. It can vary from 15 working days to x number of months as well [working days do not include Saturday and Sunday]. Time will be mentioned when confirming the order.

All the orders are delivered by third-party delivery service and once the parcel is dispatched from our manufacturing unit and tracking ID is given to the customer any delays from the delivery partner side will not be considered delivery time.

Note: Every order will go via this process and there will be no change in this - all the orders are bound to be strictly followed by the above rules.
